Seeking a logo and brand identity guideline for USATree.com.

The domain name "USATree.com" will be used for a tree service company of the same name that provides tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, and other general tree care and maintenance services for individual and commercial customers. I need help to create my new company's logo and brand identity that will be used on the website, brochures, business cards, proposals, invoices, and so forth. Because of the domain involved, I'll probably prefer a logo that uses red, white, and blue colors but that also looks good with black-only printing.

Also, to clarify: the company name includes the ".com" part (so the logo text should read "USATree.com", not just "USATree").

Deliverables should include brand identity guidelines along with source (Illustrator or Photoshop) files, as well as transparent PNG, jpeg in various sizes, and vector formats.
