Design a kids birthday card that can be used as a tshirt design, gift bag design and a photo banner back drop.

Birthday theme -Carnival bash.
Background color black, ray of color-mostly red,yellow,blue,green and white , the middle part of the design should say Carnival Bash. I want 2 of same design. One will be the backdrop with rays of colors and the middle should be an emblem or crest or circle heirlloom design with the description Carnival Bash. The 2nd will be same design but 3 sections to place 3 kids faces and then the invitation details like date, venue, time etc, Design should be similar. One is the invite proper, the other is for t-shirt, photo banner and gift bag design.
I have attached an image showing the colors that I would like to incoporate into this project. I am open to a black background and then the burst of colors on it, I am also open to a variation of other background color suggestions. Thanks.
