Hi All,

I need:

- To convert paper drawings to DWG format
o The building is a simple two stories townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and set of drawings include
 Sub, Ground and 1st floor plan
 Land plan
 2 sheets of general structural details including beam and posts layout
 3 sections
 4 elevations
- Then I need interior design in ‘home designer suit’ including colour selection, furniture and artworks layout in 3d format

Hi,

Thank you very much for accepting my invitation and showing interest in my project.
First step is to copy existing drawings into autoCAD as exactly they are, I need DWG files for my records.
Next step is to create a 3d model of entire house preferably in Chief Architect suite or similar package that is compatible with CAP X10, as I need to review it in there.
And last not least, you need to wave your magic wand and design interior spaces. I will provide sample photos to give you a rough idea what style we are aiming for.
Based on your design, I will start painting rooms and purchasing furniture, artworks, lights and other bits and pieces of decoration, in order to put the property on the market for sale. So it needs to be presentable and professionally laid out.
Meantime, there might be couple of back and forth messages to adjust or modify bits and pieces.
