  It's a shame that it has closed so soon.
  
  No mention of the urgency in the description.
  
  I managed to get hold of the video from which the text was transcribed and fill in the missing 'inaudible' bits and make corrections.
  
  Having APd, had SP and OBEs within the last 18 months, I know and understand the topic.
  
  I too removed all of the 'and', 'so', unnecessary waffle and repetition.

  Hasty ending. But it's ok. My opinion is some of those missing words were not corrected by the winner. Few would correctly guess 'low, mid and high dantian' for example. I had to watch the original video to extract that info, as well as the other missing words. But it was interesting and Todd got himself a new sub. The Revver who transcribed the video ought to be fired - I work with them too.
