We are founding a big (we hope) social project, called NeoNassau.
To summarize the project in one sentence: a community-based alternative job market.

We want designs for our logo, company name, fonts, colors. The logo need to have 3 versions : square (for profiles), long version (for the logo in website header for example) and a monochrome one.
We want a logo which means liberty, rebellion, entrepreneurship, decentralized.
We love the idea of the skullbones, but we want it less aggressive, and more modern.

You can find below our pitch, to understand better what we are building.

300 years ago the pirates of Nassau created a new republic for themselves:
- On a ship, each pirate had a vote in the decisions and a share of the profits
- Officiers weren’t bosses, but elected with specific duties and held accountable for the continued profitability of the crew
- They kept simple rules, through a Code that was partially shared and partially specific to each Crew,
- Each ship was independent, but they formed a Pirate Republic to help collaborate for endeavours far beyond the reach of any single crew, create a shared brand and capitalize on each other success.
With this simple setup, the pirates had tremendous success and were declared ennemies of mankind. Not because they were thieves, but because they were showing people everywhere that they didn’t need kings or corporate lords, threatening the social order by doing so.

With NeoNassau, we want to create of modern version of that. To the original concepts, we add:
- A Joint Ventures system, allowing a group to swiftly scale up to tackle a project and seamlessly scale down afterward while insuring that all participating Crews get their fair share of the profits.
- A focus on community-based management and services, in order to create different levels of support systems.
- A direct democracy governing structure whose only purpose is answer the needs of the Crews, ease their path to prosperity and pool ressources to finance shared projects.

With NeoNassau, we aim to:
- Provide a viable alternative to traditional employment, one where autonomy, purpose and meaning are key,
- A better path to autonomy and prosperity for entrepreneur groups through community
- Build the largest, fully member-managed investment fund in history
- Show the world that the efficiency, dynamism and profitability of a direct, bureaucracy-less organization, can make traditional corporate and government systems obsolete.
