Design Logo for Agriculture Company

Hello Everyone,
I need to create a logo for a company dedicated to the trade of agriculture products such as grains, seeds, and others. I would like to have a modern yet organic feel to the brand. The use of green and grey is a must for the logo. The name of the company is Challenger Iberoamerica. We're based in the USA but import/ export to different parts of the world. Please use these two websites/ brands as a reference or inspiration. We want something different to them but so you have a better feel of what we expect.
