The roll up banners will be used for a conference on resilience engineering in health care. I would like a conservative design that incorporates health care and engineering.

Design color/graphics should predominately incorporate various shades of blue and white. Other colors can be moderately included. Images and/or art should be health care or engineering related but should be faded into the background.

The title of the conference is: "Theory to Practice: Issues and Challenges for Engineering Resilience". The subtitle is "Think Tank"

Attached is the 33x78 Retractable Roll up Banner PDF template (I will need 3 similar designs)
Attached is the 33x34 Table Top Banner PDF template (I will need one design)

I have attached examples of how the banners look as a finish product ( jpg images: 33x34_EXAMPLE and 33x78_EXAMPLE)
