Design a Logo :)

Hi guys
We are in need for a REALLY COOL LOGO! for our sister company that will start operations soon.
The company is called “Startup Sales VP” – (“StartupSalesVP”) and will focus on helping and creating commercial strategies for startups for fast growth, as well as to execute those plans and/or implement all the process, from the revenue strategy to delimit the functions of the sales representant and the flow of activities from the sales rep to the startup’s CEO.
As you may be aware, “Startup”, “Sales” and “Strategy” are the core keywords in our purpose as a company and we would like a logo that incorporates the name of the company (typeface), plus an additional design as “core logo” (graphic)
Strategy – We like the concept of visualizing a potential solution in every variable we consider when helping a company expand their commercial activities, therefore, CHESS is something that we have seen is very common, so incorporation of elements of chess pieces is a plus, like the crown of the queen, or the top of the tower, or some elements form the knights (or even a dragon!). Thinking about “Global” is also a plus.
Sales – We like the concept of visualizing WINNING, expansion, growth, competitivity, and happiness! So, elements that include positivity in a subtle way is also a plus.
Colors – We would like something that includes 2 shades of the type of color you like the most + white and silver (or platinum or very light “shiny” gray). (black as a 5th color is also good).
We don’t have a specific type of logo style, we are inclined a bit towards Symmetrical or Abstract Geometric, but we are willing to evaluate positively others like minimalist or more conservative like those for financial, banking or consulting organizations. But feel free to show us your talent
We encourage participants NOT to provide “generic designs”, we will be happy to look at them and give you feedback, but it is highly unlikely we will select a generic logo.
We will rate EVERY design and provide comments to all of them, we can’t do it a minute after you upload your design, but we will constantly visit the contest to write our thoughts.
