Attention awesome graphic designers!

We are a new hand therapy practise (we are physiotherapists and occupational therapists who look after patients with injured hands and to a lesser degree wrists, elbows and shoulders some of whom have had surgery and some of whom simply require post-injury rehabilitation). We are based in an orthopaedic surgical practise in a large medical clinic in a large hospital in Murdoch, Perth, Western Australia. We require a promotion brochure describing what we do, who we are and how to contact us. We had envisaged the brochure being DL side, tri-folding, full colour and both sided as printed by vistaprint. The size specifications are beneath. We would provide the brochure to patients and send to potential referrers. It would be a brochure signifying healing and activity and I would prefer a relatively blue colour scheme but am quite open to suggestions and your design expertise. Landscape orientation please. Please include our address / phone number / fax number and website details on the document (our website is not currently up and running but will be in about a week).

I have included our text / photos of each therapists (the photos require croping) and logo as uploads.

If however, you feel it cannot be done as a DL and requires to be bigger I am happy for you to alter this but my preference would be DL tri-fold brochure.

At the end of the contest I would require the final design AS WELL as the source document such as an InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop file please so I can make minor changes in the future if required myself.

Finally the fax number in the files is wrong and I wondered if it could be 1300 527 329 on the brochure please.
