Design a Creative Art Deco Style Marketing Ebook Cover

I am looking for an ebook cover to be created. Here is the information:

Title: Speak Easy Network Marketing

Brief:
The title of the book "Speak Easy" is referring to the days of Prohibition in the United States where alcohol was illegally available in some establishments. We take this term and use it in conjunction with "Network Marketing" to convey the message of the book The book itself teaches network marketers how to grow their business without cold calling, or prospecting to their friends and family.

Design style:
- Art Deco / 1920s style (doing a Google Image Search of "art deco" provides some great inspiration of what I am looking for)
- No photographs
- Illustrations/icons/silhouette figures are acceptable
- no cartoonish look

Deliverables:
- no copy protected images/graphics/assets
- 1 3D ebook cover
- 1 layered PSD version of flat ebook cover
