Creating a Graphic Design Poster that appeals to Men/Fathers

We are Biblical Manhood Adventures. We produce and resource single men and fathers/sons with material to help the growth and development of the leaders of the present and next generations. We are in need of a graphic design/poster that will serve as a general "master" list for all the possible things a young boy should know or have been taught by his father by the time he has reached adulthood. We have compiled a list of ~180 things that would be very beneficial. This list will help serve as a reminder to fathers and father-figures to stay on track and be a constant influence in the life of their son. There will be a deadline of October 29th for the initial submissions of the first draft. This will allow a winning design to be chosen and any additional 'tweaks' to be made prior to finalization. There are certain features that we would like to incorporate into the design as well to make it more interactive. The specifications and desired features are as follows:

Poster size: 26 inches wide x 70 inches high with a 1 inch bleed around each edge

Top must contain: "Biblical Manhood Adventures" "Training for Life" "Hebrews 12:11 - For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it." and "biblicalmanhoodadventures.com"

Design: Full color/ one sided/ simple design with masculine features and a strong emphasis on adventure style graphics and pictures. We want there to be a seamless integration of the "Master List Content" chart and the graphics of the poster.

Also: feel free to use stock photos as we are willing to purchase the right to use any that meet our specifications and fit into your designs

    Please use "outdoor "adventure" themed photos very heavily for the poster as background images. Please feel free to use any stock images from the internet that meets our specifications and that fits into your designs. We are willing to purchase the right to use any images we need to for this poster design

    The idea is to create vertical "life plan" poster containing a listing of the ~180 items. This poster is to be kept for years to help stay focused and to visualize the progress of a son’s journey into manhood. The size must be 23” wide x 46” high. Themes that would be pertinent to this poster and its audience would be: adventure, outdoors, nature, a journey, challenge, achievement, brotherhood, choosing the difficult path, etc. It would need to be a simple layout with inspiring/manly images alongside the content or in the foreground. The sample page attached should give an idea of what the itemized list will look like. The poster also needs to be something interactive [ex. a way to "check off" the items that are completed, write the date of completion, space to write personal info (ie. memories made together, location, etc.)]

    Initially, we apologize for any inconvenience. After further collaboration we have reviewed our initial specifications and have revised them accordingly. The desired dimensions for the poster will be 26 inches wide and 70 inches tall with a 1 inch bleed around each border. At the top of the poster the following writing should be included: "Biblical Manhood Adventures", "Training for Life", "Hebrews 12:11 - For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it." and "biblicalmanhoodadventures.com". Please include all of the aforementioned phrases. We will also be attaching an updated version of the chart that has more relevant columns to arrange on the poster.
