We are building a new porch cover and sundeck for our client. We need help to decide what material to use, so we need 2 renderings of the same view but with the two different materials - wood or stone.

FOLDERS:

CAD - cad files
PDF - PDF files of the CAD drawings
REFERENCE PICS - shows the two material options
SITE PHOTOS - context photos of the actual structure. Feel free to use these for your renderings

Any questions ask first before working. Also, I can make some photo markups if that helps, but I am hoping what I have provided is sufficient.
