Hi,

We need an animation for the background of our website www.cirros.uk to reflect the 3 channels of business we participate in, our website uses the Zerif Pro Wordpress theme and supports having an mp4 video as a background. The animation will replace the Cirros wall logo and the foreground text and Contact Us button will be removed.

The source files should also be provided.

The three channels we have are :

Cirros Managed Print - This is our main channel and is where we provide print systems allow users to print from their workstation and then collect their print job from any printer (usually a multi-functional device which prints, copies and scans) after authenticating, usually by a contact-less RFID card. The system is fully installed and managed by ourselves and a dashboard is available with lots of reporting and cloud monitoring, hence our logo using the cloud.

Cirros Production Print - This is where users can send print job, over the internet, to a Production Print facility for printing. Users send their print job either by printing to a print queue or by uploading a pdf to a website, the the user will enter detail about their job i.e. When they need it, what paper to print on, how many copies etc, then it is processed by the print room.

Finally we have Cirros Scanning Solutions - Our scanning solutions allow users to scan their jobs on a multi-functional device and then the output can be chosen and it is processed by the server. Some examples of output are: a Searchable PDF sent to their email, a word file sent to their home folder, a pdf sent to a document management system or a pdf sent as a fax to a fax number.

The animation should also include 'part of the inepro family' and make use of our logos, all of which are attached. inepro should be in the shade of red provided and uses tahoma as its font.

Changes to Cirros Scanning and again animated, 0hrases like scan to fax, server optical character recognition, scan to email, scan to home folder etc. Fades to Cirros logo and tag line appears

Hi Andy...Did you want animation will be in 1920x1080px (FULL HD) dimension, 'cause i think that the wordpress theme is responsive design and will be able with all monitors and browsers. U will have better quality on video???

  Hi, I have just tested our website with a sample video from https://www.sample-videos.com/ which was 1280 x 720 and that worked really well. the video will crop when the browser size is different though so the majority of detail will need to be central.

Could you provide a script for animation? don't add lot of informations in homepage background video, because it will be resized and cropped as per the responsiveness. Normally peoples are adding formal videos rather than animations.

  I don't have a formal script but I am envisaging the Managed Print logo appearing and then an animation about it, then the Production Print logo and an animation, then finally the Scanning Solutions and an animation. Or something that achieves the same :)

Lots of questions around a script so how about the following :

Our logos all have a small addition to show the functionality, so the managed print has a small printer which could be animated, the production print has a big printing press that could be animated, the scanning solutions has a scanner etc.

Also, for the functionality of each for managed print I imagine a user sending a print job and then walking up to a photocopier copier, presenting an ID badge and being able to collect their print securely with non one else having access it it.

For production print I see a user sending a print job, it going into the cloud and then a large print facility producing their job and sending it to them via a courier or similar.

For scanning I image a user walking up to a photocopier, scanning a print job and then a computer reading the job, maybe an animation around OCR and then it being stored or send back to the user maybe by email.
