I will be inserting a piece of paper into every box of beeswax wraps for storing food.
I want someone to work with me and design it.
It will be a YELLOW background piece of paper, it does not have to be big but must stand out.
EVERY ENTRY MUST INCLUDE:

1. Lead the customers to leave a five star review!
Must say "If you enjoyed the product could you please - go to your account- go to your orders - click
leave a product review - and then leave us a five star review?"

2. Must contain my logo which I uploaded! Change the background color to yellow on the logo, and the color of the logo to black. Simply add the changed logo somewhere on the piece of paper

3. Must say "IF ANYTHING AT ALL IS WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT - PLEASE CONTACT US
FIRST AT: insert email here - WE WILL REFUND YOU AND SEND YOU A NEW ONE!!!"

4. Be creative, must look attractive and leave the customer glad they made the purchase and
contain what ever else you feel necessary to make this happen.

5. Please provide a Photoshop version and a .png version.
Please do not use anything copyrighted, as this will be checked. Thank you.
