Jeronimo Green is new start-up that is the owner and creator of digital platforms and smartphone apps. We’re building a business with a purpose, our purpose is to create simple products that make life better for people. With the profits we make from our products we will help others make it a better world by supporting their programs and initiatives. We're called Jeronimo Green because 'Jeronimo' is a word used when performing leaps of great bounds and 'Green' symbolises growth, life and new beginnings. Together they describe our way of thinking and our apporach…. that is... taking leaps of great bounds into something new. We need a logo developed, colour palette and fonts that will be used on our website, social channels, edms, basically we are after a visual identity and tool kit we can use to create our own materials with. We want it to be strong and bold, clean and simple but also unique and premium.

Hi everyone - thank you for the submissions, it's great to see so many. We thought it might help to give more guidance on our preferred direction. We're not looking for a literal interpretation on the word 'green' or the concept of growth as represented by a 'leaf'. We'd like it to be simple and bold so that it can be easily and instantly identifiable on a website, app icon and on consumer products. Logos we take inspiration from are, Airbnb with the use of the word and icon on a solid background. Uber is another example of a strong but simple presentation. Uniqlo and The Guardian are references of the two words running into each other (Theguardian) or a stacked version (Uniqlo). Once we make a final decision we will work with the chosen designer on a complete package of design elements (colours, fonts, app icon etc).
