Looking to get a quick house/cottage plan design done quickly. Will provide all details and L/W/H restrictions, etc. Basically a maximum of 14 feet deep, 11.5 feet high and no more than 60 feet wide with a shed style 2:12 pitch roof. 1 story, very basic and open concept for the rest. Must include 2 small bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 double) and full bath with tub. Other details I've attached.

Please follow design guidelines and outline. Use imperial and NOT metric. It MUST NOT BE greater than 14 feet deep (from the outside exterior cladding), 65 feet long and 11.5 feet high (all exterior measurements). Show measurements on any plans. Have the kitchen and bath ("wet wall") beside each other for plumbing efficiencies.
