The file from which you base from is "members 2018.xlsx".
You should make labels in word for zweckform format 3652.
The formation of the label is:
"Last name" "Name"
"Street"
"ZIP" "City"
"Country"

Rule: if "street" and city for two or more names is the same then formation must be:
"Last name" "Name1" & "Name2" & "Name3"
"Street"
"ZIP" "City"
"Country"

Make sure that each line fits in 1 line because the labels are relatively small.
Font should be Calibri.

You have a "sample.pdf" in attachment.

    Hello,
    my entry is #36 . Quite simple, with grid left for easier cutting. Also, I corrected some of the adresses that needed so (city in Russia, but for country was written something else etc.)
