I have an existing logo that I like the general concept but it needs to be improved. I like the name of the organization in a circle around the Shield and I like the Latin "Concilio Deducemini" on the banner below. The Shield is a required element but the elements on the shield can be changed. Originally, we decided to include "chess pieces", "Rubic's cube" and "puzzle pieces" to signify strategy and planning, but several have commented that they look too much like games, rather than strategy. The light bulb above the shield was meant to signify an "idea illuminated". The lions are too simple but could be a nice element. I am looking for a redesign of the original. You can improve or change as you see fit, but simple word logos that don't try to include the elements will be rejected. Good luck.

    # 8 is on the right track. I would prefer the shape of the shield to be more like shield in # 1 though. #2 is nice but the elements on the shield are too much like the "games" elements in my original and I need this with very conservative colors. It's a logo for a group of consultants that will be doing corporate business consulting. Thanks and good luck. Hope this helps clarify
