Business Card and Company Letter Pad Design for a Construction Company

Hi,
I need a designer who can design Business Card and Company Letter Pad including monogram logo.
Same logo will be used on Business Card, Company Letter Pad and also in back ground of letter pad.
Company’s main business is Construction of Highways, Infrastructure and Building Works.
Color combination should be dark blue or light blue with any other light color which suits.
Design of Business Card and Company Letter Pad including monogram logo should be related with Construction Industry.
Samples of logos are attached as a PDF file.
Business card should be on normal size and letter pad size should be A-4 Size.
It’s a start up business so let’s design a unique product which help me and can use for long time.
