Dear Web designers and builders!
I would like to ask you for a quote of designing and building a website for a fashion brand in HD and full technical crispiness, which should include:

- top centric logo above top menu bar
- horizontal top menu bar
- approx 7 tabs on the menu bar
- full width horizontal slider on each tab including photos with text (text can be written on the photography, no need for separate sections - whatever better/easier)
- footer with contact details etc
- 4 language versions (no translation needed)

please quote me two versions:
1) created in HTML only
2) created with CMS to manage the data in the background

Could be optionally done with Wordpress etc as long as it doesn't look cheap as the style and work flow needs to be similar to www.chatila.com

I will need to see some references and ask for a free test page to see the quality of services.

We have graphic design of the pages to help you understand what we need and create a 1:1 digital copy
