Create a horizontal billboard visual for a real estate property property aimed at selling 50 small villas perfectly designed for young career starters, young families and couples.
The audience is in its early 30s millennial type
The property is 50 small houses on a hill outside a European type of city, close to nature surrounded with fields and forest
The visual should have the following communication objectives :
1. Communicate the property offering
2. Showcase the ideal audience
3. Showcase how nice it would be to live there
4. Entice the audience with visual cues to showcase the ad is relevant for them

Design style :
" A different view of Real estate, something that pops and stands out
" Design should be millennial friendly

Tagline : It's time to get super connected… with your family, friends and nature.

Tagline explanation : Our target audience tends to be 247 connected to their smartphone because they fear missing out on something. But if you decide to live on our compound, you will never experience that because you ll have the perfect setting to connect with your self and loved ones and resource yourself. So you wont need your smartphone as much in this new lifestyle.
