The main villa should be an open space regarding the layout of the main house facilities,

The main villa will have 7 bedrooms including the master, all with a large dressing area. A swimming pool, gym and spa area, buildup area for main villa 1200 m2, garage attached to the villa for 8 cars. Check the attachments i have sent for a rough idea of what im looking for.

1 its a farmhouse with a big land. Land size is 600 ft by 500 ft. The project will be constructed in more than one phase. Phase 1 will be the main villa, service block, external majlis with services like bathroom and washarea, warehouse storage block, and a guest house.
