I need some Graphic Design for design of a "Dragon Cloud" -- 4

This is a 3D render, witch means I can give you even resolution of 8000x8000 pixels or more, any angle, and I can tweak anything inside it. The clouds are generated and that's why I can render at any resolutions. I hope I am not too far from what you need!
